Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed & delivered within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Urban Trot is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Damages
Urban Trot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for the lost package and will not refund or resend the order.
